Si vous voyagez en Suède quand c’est Noël, peut-être vous viendrez gôuter à quelque chose :

Brioches au safran. En suedois on les appellent « lussebullar ». C’est des brioches font de safran et sur il y a des raisins.

Autour du troisième dimanche de l’Avent, quelques suedois font de petites maisons en pain d’épice. C’est un peu difficile, mais c’est possible avec un peu patience.

Une autre chose est « knäck ». Il est fait du le sirop, la sucre, le beurre et de temps en temps les écrous. C’est tout !

Peut-être vous avez quelques de ces gâteaux en France, vous pouvez écrivez retour si c’est ca, s’il vous plaît. Peut-être nous pourrons raconte sur leur cadeaus ? A bientôt et JOYEUX NOËL!

If you are visiting Sweden during Christmas time, you might be able to taste some of the following:

Lucia bun. In Swedish it is called “lussebullar”. It is buns made with saffron and on the top there is raisins.

Around the third Sunday of advent, some Swedes make miniature houses of gingerbread. It is a bit tricky, but it is doable with a little patience.

Another thing is “knäck”. It is made of syrup, sugar, butter and sometimes with nuts. That is it!
